Historic Summit Inn Resort Wedding | Adriana & Brendan

A cold October day couldn’t put these lovebirds into a deep freeze at their Historic Summit Inn Resort wedding.

What a lovely day this was! You wouldn’t know it from these photos, but it was CRAZY COLD on this early October day in Morgantown, WV + Farmington, PA. It was definitely one of the coldest weddings we shot last year (it even snowed at the Summit Inn earlier that day!), and Adriana and Brendan were such troopers during their portraits. 

We loved that Adriana and her girls got ready in her childhood home in Morgantown. Taking bridal portraits of her with the gorgeous autumn West Virginia landscape in the background was a highlight of the day.

And we don’t shoot in churches very often these days, but St. Francis De Sales is one of our favorites. We love the modern design of this church!

While shooting their engagement session at the Historic Summit Inn Resort a year earlier, we learned that Brendan proposed to Adriana there and Adriana’s grandparents honeymooned there more than 50 years ago. The Summit Inn Resort was the perfect location for their fun reception!
