Beautiful weather, a gorgeous color palette, relevant travel-inspired details…. Add a lovely couple + fun guestlist to the equation and you have a stunning, memorable wedding!

We loved the rich emerald green details found in Anna’s shoes, earrings, and the men’s socks/pocket squares. We also loved that they gave us plenty of time for wedding party and bride & groom portraits after the ceremony – especially since it was such a gorgeous day. When both the ceremony and reception are indoors, the portraits end up being the only part of a wedding day spent outside!

We also really loved all the airplane/travel themed details throughout the day. Brandon’s cufflinks were propellers that actually spun, and every guest had paper airplane instructions at their place setting at the reception (along with coffee beans!).

We loved seeing wedding guests make their paper airplanes and send them off flying around the reception hall!

The table “numbers” were relevant places to them, and people’s escort cards were travel tags with the guest’s respective airport code.

Working with this laid-back, globetrotting couple and their families was a true joy, and we’re super excited to be shooting Anna’s sister’s wedding in early 2016.
