Dogs make everything better. It’s a simple fact of life on this here rock we call planet Earth. Caitlyn and Jason get this, so they made their sweet dog Allybean a big part of their day at their Batten Green wedding. Once they saw each other in their wedding outfits during the first look, they did a second first look with their dog! It resulted in one of our favorite photos of the year, with Caityln, Jason and Allybean sharing in a big wedding day “AWOO!”
Caitlyn and Jason also had one of our favorite wedding details we’ve seen in awhile. In a unique spin on the guestbook, they brought in a bunch of lego figurine parts that allowed guests to create their own lego version of themselves! And we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention that Caitlyn’s stunning dress was made by her stepmother! That is some serious talent!
This one took place at a relatively new wedding venue in Staunton, Virgina: Batten Green. It’s a beautiful large space with ample greenery and a lovely ceremony site with a view of rolling hills.
