Great food and great people at this summertime Holly Hill Inn wedding in Lexington, KY.

We’re so honored whenever friends want to hire us to document their wedding. Raabia is one of Emily’s oldest friends, going all the way back to their days as kids in elementary school. You might remember this couple from the engagement session we blogged with them awhile back. Raabia & Toney had a classy Holly Hill Inn wedding on a beautiful summer day surrounded by lots of great food and great friends.

We loved that they had an ice cream truck there for guests to get floats/scoops, and they had so many beautiful details that really personalized the day. Also, the vows Raabia & Toney wrote to each other were pure magic. It was some of the most beautiful prose we’ve ever heard for wedding vows. There wasn’t a dry eye under that tent! And we loved that they added on hours at the end of the reception so we could document some of their karaoke afterparty at Best Friend Bar! But the best part about this wedding (and all weddings, really), was the joy shared between a couple in love and all their nearest and dearest.

This was such a happy day, and we’re so grateful they had us there to capture it all. We love you guys!!
